Exhaustion from heat and heatstroke are serious conditions. Pay attention to what your body is signalling you. If you feel excessive thirst, dizziness, nausea, and muscle cramps, try to cover up yourself before stepping out; cool down in between and rehydrate yourself.

  • Take Breaks

If you work outdoors or you are engaging in a physical activity, make sure you take frequent breaks. This will help you cool down and your body will thank you for it.
